Common questions:

Q: What should I do if there is a large bubble in the solution?

A: If you see a large bubble, you will need to remove it. This is done by turning the dose setting knob clockwise until you see a dot (·) in the dose display window. Remove the inner needle cap and hold the Pen with the needle pointing upwards. Tap the pen gently so the bubble rises toward the needle and slowly press the dose setting knob as far as it will go. A drop of liquid at the end of your needle indicates that your Pen is ready for use. If you do not see any liquid this process can be repeated once.

Please be advised that when in doubt or if you have any questions or concerns, it is always best to contact the Nurses at the clinic and speak to them directly.
