How smoking can affect your fertility

There have been numerous to show the detrimental effect smoking has on fertility. These effects range from damage to the blood vessels in the penis resulting in erectile dysfunction to significantly reducing the quality of the sperm.

Men who smoked heavily emerged as having the most detrimental factor that impacted on the DNA fragmentation index rate in addition to severely impaired sperm concentration and motility.
